DreamApp.io uses AI to decode dream symbols and recurring themes, turning them into insight about the thoughts and emotions underneath. The product worked. Discovery didn't. Every month, millions of people type their dreams into Google, and DreamApp was invisible for nearly all of it.

Not one blocker, but eight, compounding. Content had no keyword data behind it, the site failed Core Web Vitals, and a thin backlink profile meant nothing ranked in the US where the audience actually was.

Content volume alone would have stalled against the incumbents. The programme paired an aggressive publishing cadence with technical repair and authority acquisition, so every new article landed on a site Google could actually trust.

The initiative list, exactly as it ran: technical, on-page, content, off-page and experience work delivered as one programme rather than sequential phases.

Two engines running at once. Branded demand (“dream app”, “dreamapp”) grew as awareness compounded, while the symbol-interpretation cluster pulled in the volume that made the brand searchable in the first place.

The top three articles alone generated more than 2.9 million impressions. Each one sits inside a cluster, and the cluster is what holds the position.

Content was supported by a mix of paid placements and editorial outreach. Psychology and wellness publications were prioritised, because relevance carried more weight than raw domain rating.

Organic traffic does not reset to zero when the invoice stops. The rankings built during the campaign continue to return traffic afterwards, which is what changes the unit economics.
The campaign achieved a substantial return on investment across the twelve-month period, with returns materially ahead of the spend committed.
Because organic positions persist, that return is expected to compound over time rather than decay, contributing to profitability well beyond the campaign window.
Growth in organic traffic reduced dependence on paid acquisition, driving a marked decrease in customer acquisition cost.
The result was more efficient marketing spend and better allocation of budget across the wider acquisition mix.
DreamApp is facing tough times, but SEO has come to our rescue. 30k clicks in 1 month. SEO isn't popular for acquisition in apps, but that should change. Our goal was to acquire as many users as possible, quickly and with the minimum budget. Classic startup scenario. And the amazing Pranay Mishra from RankFast made it happen.
